Meet Jessica

Hi, I’m Jess!

About Me:

I recently returned to Sydney after spending time in Melbourne. I hold a Doctor of Physiotherapy, with additional qualifications in Exercise and Sport Science, Food and Nutrition, Autism Studies, and Neuroscience. My paediatric physiotherapy journey began through an internship and has since evolved into working with children of all ages across a diverse range of developmental, neurological, and physical conditions.

Areas of Interest – Physiotherapy

I am passionate about continuous learning and have a particular interest in neurological physiotherapy. My experience includes delivering intensive therapy programs, including bike-based interventions and hydrotherapy. I am especially passionate about supporting children with disabilities and currently volunteer with the NSW Cerebral Palsy football team, combining my interests in physiotherapy, sport, and community engagement.

Outside of Work

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active and can often be found running, playing sport, or spending time outdoors. To balance my active lifestyle, I also enjoy baking and trying new recipes.

Favourite Kids’ Movies

It’s hard to choose just one! My favourites are Anastasia and The Fox and the Hound.
